Account Deletion

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open Sylbma and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm; deletion starts immediately.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We'll verify it's you and process the deletion.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (name, email, phone, photo)
• Your login credentials and push notification tokens
• Client-side booking history linked to your identity
• For shop owners: your shop profile, services, staff links, and settings

What we may retain (and why)

• Payment and tax records required by law — kept only as long as legally required, then destroyed
• Records needed for fraud prevention or open disputes, until resolved
• Appointments in a shop's business records are anonymized: your identity is unlinked, the shop's own bookkeeping remains

Timeline

Deletion completes within 30 days of the request. Once completed it cannot be undone.
