- 1On the calendar, press and hold an empty time slot in the right barber’s column.
- 2Choose “New appointment.”
- 3Pick the client (or leave empty for a walk-in) and the service.
- 4Confirm the barber and time — they’re pre-filled from where you tapped.
- 5Save.
Tip. Long-pressing a slot pre-fills the barber and exact time, so you rarely have to change anything.
