- 1Go to your shop’s Staff / Team section.
- 2Tap “Invite” and enter the barber’s email.
- 3They accept the invitation from their own Sylbma account.
- 4Mark each barber as “bookable” so they appear in the client booking flow and on the calendar.
Tip. A barber who isn’t marked bookable still appears to the owner but won’t take online bookings — useful for an apprentice or a manager.
